For new build properties and renovation projects, we can import your construction DWGs or work from wire frame drawings to create your visual.

The materials schedule should be provided to ensure the appearance of the development is accurately depicted. If there are very specific materials being used from specialist suppliers this can be discussed as part of the briefing.

Internal views and floor plans can also be created for the particulars. Mood boards are always useful for the internal visuals.

The external visuals often feature a detailed landscape setting and can feature all manner of props and requirements, from the specific type of tree, right down to the type of car you’d like to see parked in the drive.
